WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders received by 12 pm EST ship in 5-6 business days from the date of purchase. Order processing may fluctuate during busy seasons (ie marathon majors, holidays).
Once your item ships, you will receive a shipping notification via email that will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update. Please understand that tracking is a service provided by carrier of choice at checkout and may not always update throughout the transit process. Once the carrier of choice has possession of your package, we can only see what you see during transit and cannot be responsible for carrier delays.
1-2 items ship via USPS 1st class mail with a 2-5 day transit time.
3 or more items ship USPS Priority mail with a 2-3 day transit time.
Additional shipping upgrades are available at checkout. **Shipping upgrades reduce transit times and DO NOT change the inhouse production schedule**. If you choose an upgrade such as UPS second day or USPS Express, you will need to consider the 2-3 business day production time in your estimated delivery window.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any items with name personalization.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

IS THIS A LEGIT COMPANY?
Absolutely!! Our proprietary website may be fairly new, however we've been actively selling on Etsy (GritAndGloryApparel) since 2013 with nearly 10,000 happy customers and the 5 star reviews to prove it. While we have done very well on Etsy, we are branching out to make ourselves more accessible to the running community.
