Refund policy
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
We will accept return requests for unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery, by contacting us at gritandgloryapparel@yahoo.com
Due to the many customization options we offer, we cannot accept returns on the following:Â
-Items personalized with your name, bib #, distance or finish time.
-Any items where custom color selections were made.
-Any dated, race-specific items after the event has passed. For example, we will not accept a return on a dated, Boston 2025 item after the event has passed.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on returning your item along with a return label. Please note, $5.50 will be deducted from your refund when using a return label to cover the cost of return shipping. Larger items such as hoodies and multiple are subject to a return shipping fee of $10.95.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exhange will not be accepted.Â
If a refund has been approved, we will credit your original form of payment in 5-7 business days, less return shipping cost. Your bank determines when those funds will be available to you.
Cash refunds will not be given for items returned without prior approval, or items that do not meet our return policy requirements.
Cancellations are accepted within 2 business days of purchase.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 2 business days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will send a replacement free of charge.
